monitor inactive vm

I currently use the script (check_vmware_api.pl ) to monitor some vm and
it forces me to declare as a device for monitoring cacti.
for exemple :

 perl ./vi_vm_cpu.pl vcenter  cacti cacti  Cluster-01 WIN2008
 percent:39.88 percent_m:7.99

my question is : Can we create graphs dynamically and how do ?
to declare one device and monitor all machines in the cluster .

I have a problem the script goes a value 29.46

but in the graph I have not the same value why?
