Device Up/Down Notification Settings - default value

Hello,

When adding a device via the Cacti GUI, the default value for Threshold/Up Down Email Notification is 'Disabled'
However, when adding via the CLI, this value is automatically set to 'Global List'.

As far as I'm aware, there is no argument for the add_device.php discovery script to alter this setting during discovery.

Please can anyone tell me if there's a way of changing this default setting so that it remains as 'Disabled' when doing a CLI device discovery?
