dublicate graph title

Good day team!
spent 2 days finding out how previous admin made graph changes and where..
so the title is on graph and below the graph. Plz help how to remove bottom title as on screenshot.

Edit your user profile and disable the Show Graph Title option.

Yea, the option is there to hide that now.
