Canadian Work VISA Application Preps for 2023 Recruitment

A Canadian Work Visa Permit is a legal document issued by the Canadian immigration department/embassy that allows eligible overseas nationals to work in Canada with or without a valid job offer from a Canadian employer.

Most employers in Canada are certified and allowed by the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to hire international talent for their job programs. Every year more than two and a half million people get this Canadian work permit, with or without LMIA, to begin their career in Canada.

Duration of Canadian Work Permit: 1-4 Years

Every Canadian work permit, either Open or Employer-Specific, has an expiry date. Employees with temporary work visas are bound to leave the country and stay outside Canada for a minimum of 48 months after the work permit is expired.
