Prolific is by far the most flexible company I've worked for and it feels like they really care about the well-being of our team.

I am literally writing this from Malaysia, where I am spending two months of time as I'm taking care of an ill family member. I work my focus time from my mornings as it's seven hours ahead, and take all of my meetings from 12-3pm UK time (which ends around 10pm for me). This is incredible. I never have to worry about whether people would question me about this, which is means the world when I have a huge, international, stressful situation! I'm so grateful to work here.

I love working at Prolific it's super flexible! There are also lots of great initiatives that definitely add to the flexibility we see at Prolific.

I love the fact we do have an office space but there's no obligation to go in. If I'm feeling tired/busy I can stay home and focus but if I want to meet up with colleagues and see some people face to face I can go in and there's almost always someone to go grab lunch with.

I also really appreciate the allowance to have meetups in our teams. We took a trip to Lisbon in Q2 to meet up as a department and, given that we work remotely most of the time, it was a great way to get to know each other better and bond as a team.

I love being able to work remotely with flexible hours. We also have a hub in London that can be used regularly by people who prefer to be in an office. I personally use this for occasional team in-person meet ups which I enjoy.

We're currently trialling summer hours on a Friday which I've really appreciated, allowing me to switch off a bit more and enjoy the weekend.

Best working environment I've ever had!

I have so much flexibility in setting how I work for the day compared to any other company I've ever worked out. I'm able to go to the gym at lunch, start at 10am and finish later all with no questions ask. They just want me to deliver good work and they trust that I'll get the job done without slacking.

Such a fab place to work!

Everyone at Prolific is very kind and helpful. I am given freedom to work in the way that works best for me and I never feel micromanaged or pressured to work overtime. I feel that others respect my time and value what I do.
