Post by glamas »

Hi

I have installed Spine 1.2.22 and see the following errors.

ERROR: No such Object for oid '.1.3.6.1.6.3.10.2.1.3.0' for Device

I saw that the wichter had an update but my question is? It is the same version that was in https://www.cacti.net/info/downloads

Can you try the 1.2.x branch? Likely you have an old device that does not support that OID. It's an alternative uptime OID at a one second precision that does not overflow.

Once you find the device, post the info here and contact the vendor and ask them to give you an update that includes it.

Hello everybody! the same problem happens to me. however I don't have the option to ask the vendor to add this oid to the device's mib. Is it possible for spine to skip collecting this oid to continue collecting other oids?

Also, do you have php-snmp installed? If so, can you remove it?

Hi, i get this error from logs today when i add SNMP-Interface Trafic In/Out Bits (64-bit) Graph for my 32-bit windows pc and the graph nothing was show . The error is:
2024-05-20 04:28:31 - SPINE: Poller[Main Poller] PID[29569] PT[134326047999680] ERROR: No such Object for oid '.1.3.6.1.6.3.10.2.1.3.0' for Device[Windows-PC] with Status[1]

After i delete this graph and add the same but not 64-bit, in logs didn't show up again the error and the graph was working normally.
Hope this helps.
