Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Nothing much going on. My house is nice and clean since our cleaning crew was here yesterday. Because they usually come on Friday, I keep thinking today is Saturday! But yay, I still have time to do another challenge or two till the deadline.  Yay!  The holiday threw me off too.  I will try myself ...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Hey Cherries 😊 I've been busy trying to get papers straightened out lol it makes me feel a little extra batty! 😂 I'm continuing on with projects in my spare time, and hope to finish a few things this evening - for real this time! 😂 Stay blessed, DCs! 😊 Oh, paper sorting is QUITE the conundrum!  I s...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Good morning cherries! What a day yesterday was and it's not even work related! So our contractors left to go pick up the window. Its in Port Aransas, so that's an hour and a half drive round trip, No Traffic. Since it's tourist season, probably longer. They get there and they couldn't find the scr...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Hey Cherries. On my way out to go to JJ’s school to see her in a play. DS will continue to keep an on on Twinkie. I hope to possibly do another layout when I get home. Have a great day Cherries. Good to have your family close by.  What role did she play, and what was the name of the play?  Maybe I ...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Still nice and cool, but the sun is shining today!  I got a late start, but now I am trying to clean out my closet.  It has gotten away from me since Christmas break.  Our dryer took a crap and now we have a new one coming on Saturday.  This one was 16 years old, so I guess we will call that a good...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Beautiful day here again today, but a bit windy.  I have a dentist appointment this afternoon and not much else going on.  I might work on a challenge if I get motivated.  My Cherry Lift is done and ready to post for June.  Tomorrow is our GS, Brenden's graduation.  He received an award for first i...

Re: Scrap a Day, May 30th

Another rough night over here.  Hoping soon I can get the much needed sleep I need.   They are here spraying our lawn right now.  Thankful grandson, Nic mowed earlier in the week when they got back from camping.  Sunny, windy, with a high around 60*.   another round of PT later today!  Let’s get th...

Re: May 2024 Book Lover's Challenge

My layout is really a combination of both options.  I have had many trials and tears with my horse, my “pet”.  we have triumphed over so many things, one of which was his back surgery in 2019.  I don’t even want to imagine life without him, and a few times I considered selling or even putting him do...

Re: MAY 2024 MAKE-THE-CUT Challenge

Thank you Deanna for making things simple!  I used ink to splatter the background paper, but it was/is a solid color!  I combined with the Book Lover’s Challenge.

Re: May 2024 ~ REWIND Challenge

k did the April Book Lover’s Challenge, Option #1.  Requirement was to scrap something not-so-good that happened in your life.  This has a couple stories behind it, and my DH insisted I scrap it,

Re: Needing your prayer and good vibes

Oh no DC!  Sending you hugs and prayers!  You can’t get a break it seems, I am so very very sorry!  Make sure that you don’t get C. Diff, which can happen with so many antibiotics.  It throws your helpful microbes in the gut off.   Make sure the healthcare workers are washing their hands when they c...
