How to add an image to a post--UPDATED

Hi!  I have not been able to upload to the gallery from my iPhone (it's an older 12 mini.) I CAN upload to ACOT for the weekly Becky Fleck sketch challenge, the monthly Mood Board challenge, and the Guest Designer spot because these are all designated on the website under Project Gallery, then Submit, then Add To Our Gallery. Our old desktop PC no longer stores photos.  So, sadly, I can't participate in Challenges. I don't know if this is a fail with all iPhones or just mine?? My techy daughter couldn't help me with this. Anyway, first world problems.  It's always fun seeing other Cherries' creations!
