OMGoodness! My house is so big, old and falling apart that it would take an entire album to say what I want repaired. 6 years ago my DH started remodeling my DS's room, it is still nowhere near done and I will probably be saying that 20 years from now.

I picked our "everything/mud room" that is off the kitchen and has a door to the backyard. I would like to make a dining room out of it. I included a measurement tool and a staple on the tag.
