I can do this one since I have a week!  I've used some of my stencils, but not all of them.  Good challenge!

Ok so I had some cat pics & a few cat stencils that I never use.  However once I started looking at things the pics fit great with the Becky Fleck sketch *and* the May pet challenge... so I had to go w/that!  The good news is that I got a page done in under an hour - woo-hoo!  The bad news is now I'm not sure what to stencil! ;)

Here's mine - this is the first time EVER doing this. Thank you for pushing me it was so much fun. I used part of a 6x6 stencil from Balzer Designs. I also misted and splatted my mist. I am knocking off some of the stash Image

Oh I stink at trying to mix those colors and the more I tried the worse it was getting, LOL. So, here it is, a simple tag and I see I do need pratice with stencils. Glad I'm wearing an old t shirt today too Image

I used a star stencil and some blue ink to make the stars! It was fun...and a challenge because this isn't a technique I use very often. My poor fingers are dyed blue. haha

I already had this in mind and your challenge was the perfect push!
Image
I misted Prima swirly stencils, then thickly gesso'd the Studio Calico Mr Huey triangle stencil, gesse'd some bubblewrap and dotted ir around.  Misted some more swirly stencil with other colour and then highlighted with my yellow. Gelato.

I buy a pack of disposable latex free gloves from the dollar store to use for just this reason. I store them with my stencils. I think 10-12 come in a pack and I just use them on my dominate hand.

I used Hero Arts inks and a sponge dauber and sponged them over a Heidi Swapp circle stencil.
