I posted a hint earlier in the week to gather some coordinating scraps or paper pads and a square photo. This is what you'll need those items for! I've created this sketch exclusively for this year's ACOT NSD crop, I hope you enjoy creating with it!  



I based the sketch on my favorite layout I created during last year's ACOT NSD Crop. 


Calling all Early Bird Challenge participants! If you haven't used your embellishment cluster on an NSD challenge yet, this could be a good opportunity to do so!  If you use it, go back to your spot in the original thread and share your layout for a chance to win some extra sprinkles!

The PRIZE for this challenge is awesome!! One random winner will be chosen to receive this Brush Set, generously donated by Picket Fence Studios!


RULES:
Create a NEW layout using this sketch. The sketch is 12x12 but any size paper format is accepted (no digital)
I'll create a gallery folder for this challenge but feel free to link here also
One entry per person
NO combining with message board or other NSD challenges allowed, except for the NSD add-on 25 Items Challenge.  If you use your Early Bird embellishment you can share it in that thread for a chance to win some sprinkles.

This is cute! And will be my third layout with paper strips! Haha! Good thing I'm working with a big kit and can carry all my scraps from layout to layout 

You know where I am headed with this challenge and will also be using my tag/cluster embellishment.  Love the sketch too.

Absolutely! That was one of the advantages I was thinking of with this design, multiple photos up and down the strips, or side by side with the white space. Looking forward to seeing how you use it!

What a great sketch! When Brandy posted her hint, I wanted to stashbust, so I pulled this 6x6 BasicGrey (?) Pad and a Heidi Swapp 2014 wood veneer to use....It worked great after I painted the wood black! I am so happy with the results. The background is also a very old tone on tone pattern paper.

Great sketch!  I especially love it because I posted a challenge with strips of my own that (of course) I can't do - and now I can!!!

Here is (yet another!) Hanukkah layout - this is the LAST one for 2022 - and I love how it came out. Thanks for the great challenge.
