 If you need to change your password, do not do it through user control panel, even though there is an option to change it this way.  It won't work. Instead, go to "my account" at the top right of your screen and change it that way!

 If I'm having trouble copying and pasting the images from the store to the board, should I click on the link at the bottom that says delete all board cookies?  I'm nervous to do that for some reason!  I like my cookies!  (I really have no clue what they are.)

 Have patience!   Sometimes the board runs a little slow and we want to pull our hair out.  I say take a deep breath.  Either that or you'll go bald.
