Tours are available Monday - Friday 8AM - 8PM, and Saturday & Sunday from 10AM - 5PM.
Our friendly team will show you around and can answer any questions you might have. Please let us know as much detail as possible (age, access needs, aims, and the time and date you’d like to visit) in your message, so we can have pricing and advice ready for you!
Tours are around 20/30 minutes; you can join and use the facilities right away.

Our mission is to ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome, confident, safe and energised.
Whether that means you sweat it out in the gym, switch off with a Treatment, swim 10 lengths, or relax in the Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool, or all of the above, we want you to use Energise in whatever way you need to.
Working together with our incredible team, we’re so proud of what we’ve achieved so far. Lockdowns have been incredibly tough, but we’ve survived, and will continue to build on what we’ve started.
