As of the 28th of February 2020 in Geneva, the Human Rights Council of the United Nations has begun a investigation into Cyber Technologies and how they are used to torture victims remotely. "Professor Nils Melzer, UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and other Cruel Inhuman Degrading Treatment and Punishment, has officially confirmed that cyber torture exists. Cyber Technology is not only used for internet and 5G. It is also used to target individuals remotely – through intimidation, harassment and public shaming. Electromagnetic radiation, radar, and surveillance technology are used to transfer sounds and thoughts into people’s brain. The UN started their investigation after receiving thousands of testimonies from so-called “targeted individuals” (TIs)"  (Magnus Olsson, Geneva 8 March 2020)

  Cyber psychological systems like cognitive radio are used to interrupt human perceptions and memory. They can also be used to spy on people violating personal integrity which could lead to corruption and slavery in society. Cyber torture is also called no-touch torture or brain-machine interface. It is used in organized stalking, harassment, mental telepathy; synthetic telepathy; and pain and torture through the use of directed energy devices and weapons that usually fire a low frequency electromagnetic energy at the targeted victim. A good example and most recent evidence of this technology being used are the attacks on the U.S/Canadian diplomats in Cuba and China. 

  The Supreme Court of the United States of the eleventh circuit wrote in response to victim Stan J. Caterbone's court of appeals petition "In the 1990's then President William Jefferson Clinton made public statements and apologies for military/intelligence programs using American Citizens as non-consensual experimenters. Such public disclosures, at some point in time, should be addressed by the current administration of victims of U.S sponsored mind control technologies operated by operatives, agencies, and or in direct partnership with United States Military, Law Enforcement and or intelligence agencies or international collaborative."   We are asking for all victims of these programs and technologies to stand United and Counted in an effort to hold accountable the entities responsible (see 18 U.S. Code § 241.). We demand that the Supreme Court of the United States order a full investigation into U.S sponsored mind control technologies, intelligence agencies, private contractors, and cyber technologies. One way to handle this situation is to regulate new technologies and use AI control mechanisms by independent and impartial investigators. The evidence gathered could then be used to convict criminals easier and quicker in the future. Like professor Meltzer stated "We need to create an international legal framework covering Cyber Technologies that can cause torture which was previously hard to prove."   The attacked diplomats in Cuba and China are not the only victims, it is important for people to understand that these weapons are used on everyday people on a daily basis- the main reason the news covered the situation in Cuba and China is because they are diplomats, but thanks to them more awareness of this growing issue is ever more present and publicized. The public and politicians needs to know how many victims suffer in silence in US.
